The Department of Rehabilitation and Employment is one of the most important departments at Al-Farahidi University, so a strategy has been developed that matches this importance. This strategy is based on enhancing strengths, addressing weaknesses, exploiting opportunities, avoiding threats, and looking to achieve goals that are compatible with the environment and external aspirations. The most important elements of the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Division’s strategy are:

A system that makes the talents and abilities of graduate students compatible with what the work environment requires.
Mission
Helping graduates of our university in all their specializations to maximize their scientific and practical capabilities, supporting them through qualification and training, and then approaching the public and private sectors with the aim of employing them.
Goals
1. Preparing scientific studies on school curricula that contribute to their development to ensure their suitability for the labor market.
2. Guiding and advising students on the importance of specializations in the scientific, humanities, and technical departments in which they are accepted.
3. Preparing and implementing training programs for university students, starting from the first stage of study, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
4. Opening communication channels with government institutions and the private sector to provide suitable job opportunities for all specializations of university graduates.
5. Follow up on students after their appointment in state institutions and the private sector and evaluate the extent of benefit from their specializations.
