Several students from Al-Farahidi University, College of Law, participated in the fourteenth annual preparatory competition for the Middle East for the William C Vis Competition.

Design and construction of a jet-engine drone Several students from Al-Farahidi University, supervised by Dr. Muqdadi Hayawi, designed and implemented a jet-engine drone (fighter). The jet thrust was tested through an automated ground testing platform to account for the load and weight of the drone. This project is one of the first practical experiments in Iraq that requires years to complete, to improve the model and meet the requirements of the beneficiaries.
