It is part of the administrative structure of the Office of the University President and its official is linked to the President of the University administratively and to the Head of the Citizens Affairs Department in the Office of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research technically. Its priorities revolve around receiving complaints from all segments of citizens (auditors, parents of students, teachers, and employees), as this division is concerned with caring for citizens’ affairs and is keen to invest in scientific and technical mechanisms to establish work that creates a spirit of trust and enhances the form of the close relationship between the citizen and the university.
