The Bureau section is one of the important sections. It plays a vital role in coordinating and supervising the work of colleges and departments at the university in relation to the department’s tasks.

Department tasks

• Direct management of scientific, official and informal celebrations and conferences inside and outside the university.
• Providing basic services within the university through managing the workforce from permanent staff, contracts, and daily wages.
• Follow up on the mechanisms and generators affiliated with the university presidency and all its colleges and Colleges.
• Carrying out maintenance work for the university presidency, its colleges, and all its Colleges, including maintaining water, electrical, and other facilities.
• Carrying out gardening work for the university presidency and its colleges.
• Carrying out maintenance work for refrigeration equipment, refrigerators, and some electrical appliances for the university presidency, its colleges, and all its Colleges.
• Carrying out coordination and communication work with external parties, as well as paying attention to the electronic footprint, organizing its reports, and following up on the electronic footprint of all colleges.
